Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We constantly strive to deliver our products in best condition as described and shown in the image with proper packaging so that it reaches you as it is. The products undergo complete quality check during each level of order processing, then it is properly packed and delivered to you.
- If the product gets damage in transit, we understand that it is a great disappointment to receive a damaged product. We take complete responsibility of the product if you received a damaged product. We accept replacement / refund only if the product is damaged in transit.
- Kindly take a Video while unpacking / opening the Package/Products. If the product is damaged, please mail us the unpacking video at firstname.lastname@example.org (keep a proper focus on the damaged part). Without Valid Proof, we will not be able to accept Refund/Replacement.
- The claim replacements or refunds or exchange should be made within 48 hours of receipt of the product at your end. Please note that the damaged product have to be return shipped by you on the address requested by us.
- After receipt of the damaged product at our end the replacement / return activities will be processed. Please note that the replacement will ONLY be provided for the returned product. A refund can ONLY be issued in case of unavailability of the same product.
Once the order is placed it takes maximum 24hours form our end to handover the order to our delivery partners. The placed orders can be cancelled or exchanged for another product till the parcels have been forwarded to delivery partners. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or replaced. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in your original payment mode.(5% deduction as payment gateway charges)
Refund will be done in your original payment mode deducting 5% payment gateway charges.
In case of prepaid orders not accepted, the refund will be applicable with deduction of to and fro delivery charges. Total of Rs. 200/- will be deducted as forward and reverse shipping charges.
In case of particular item in your order cannot be processed by us, the item can be replaced for an equivalent value or an additional value item considering the additional price can be paid, or a refund only for that particular item will be provided. The refund processing timeline would be 3-5 working days depending on the type of transaction.
- All products sold under our website are eligible for return , replacement or refund only if communicated within 48 hours of receipt of product by you and once the returned by us , the product should be shipped within 2 days of our acceptance of the return via trustable courier service.
- Used products sent without original packaging are not eligible for refunds.
- Items which are not informed for returns within 48 hours are not eligible for returns.
- All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks and sent. In case of quality not meeting your expectation, no money refund will be given.
We recommend customers or anyone authorized by the customer to be available at the delivery address at the courier service timings which is typically 9am IST to 5pm IST. In case of person unavailability, a total of three attempts will be done for the courier to be delivered. If the courier comes back even after these attempts, the customer will be notified and might or might not have to pay the return shipping charges for the courier to be sent once again depending on the circumstances.
Refunds will be initiated for courier return within 3 days of the receipt of the parcel and delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount which will be communicated to you at that time.
